Electrical Engineer from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and Ecole Supérieure d’Electricité, with knowledge in power generation and electricity transmission projects, and power market regulation.

He has developed his professional career at the European Investment Bank since 2008, always with a focus in the financing of renewable energy projects inside and outside of Europe. He has accumulated significant expertise in procurement aspects and in concentrated solar power projects. Previously, he worked with Red Electrica, for its international consulting business, and before that as R&D engineer in France Telecom
